Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Lebanon, TN Top Drivers Earn $2,100 per Week - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Great Home Time - Comprehensive Benefits \n

Pay, Home Time & More: \n

\n
• Earn $1,800+ per week, top drivers earn $2,100 per week
\n
• Solo miles pay: 57 CPM with 2,579 miles per week
\n
• Per Diem pay: $50.00 per night with 2 nights per week on Tuesday and Wednesday
\n
• Drop & hook pay: $10.00 per drop & $10.00 per hook
\n
• Solo stops pay: $25.00 per stop with 4 stops per week
\n
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
\n
• Pays you $1,500 at 30 days
\n
• Pays you $1,500 at 90 days
\n
• Route: Regional, some local
\n
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
\n
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days
\n

Schedule, Freight & Equipment: \n

\n
• Schedule: 5-day work week (Sunday-Thursday), with drivers out Tuesday and Wednesday
\n
• Sunday night start at 10:00 PM, return Thursday morning by approximately 8:00 AM
\n
• Layovers on Tuesday and Wednesday
\n
• Start time: 10:00 PM dispatch
\n
• Deliver solo to: TN & NC
\n
• Tractor Type: Sleeper, refrigerators and inverters
\n
• Trailer Type: Dry van, 53'
\n
• Equipment: Electric power jack for skids and an electric cart mover for unloading carts
\n
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
\n
• Freight: Touch - Pet food
\n

Requirements: \n

\n
• Valid Class A CDL
\n
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
\n
• Minimum 21 years of age
\n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
\n
