DIRT BIKE MECHANIC — MX ASPEN

Carbondale, Colorado | Full-Time

MX Aspen is looking for an experienced Dirt Bike Mechanic to join our growing team.

If you live and breathe dirt bikes, know your way around 2-strokes and 4-strokes, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Diagnose, repair, and service dirt bikes and off-road motorcycles
• Mount and balance dirt bike tires
• Install and service bib mousse systems
• Write clear, accurate, and detailed work orders
• Document customer concerns, diagnosis, parts, labor, and repairs performed
• Set up and prep new bikes for customer delivery
• Install aftermarket parts and accessories
• Perform engine, clutch, brake, electrical, and suspension work
• Build and customize high-performance off-road bikes
• Prepare bikes for racing and Colorado single-track
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional motorcycle/dirt-bike mechanic experience
• Strong knowledge of modern 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycles
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience changing dirt bike tires
• Experience installing and changing bib mousse inserts
• Ability to accurately write and document work orders
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and the service team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Beta experience is a big plus

BONUS EXPERIENCE

Suspension setup/revalving, engine building, fuel injection, electrical diagnostics, race prep, performance builds, and motorcycle customization.
